The neighborhood
Built in the Rio Secco years
Seven Hills is an established upscale community around the Rio Secco golf course. Its custom and semi-custom homes were built through the late 1990s and 2000s. Many kitchens here have already been updated at least once, at the original build or in a later remodel, so the layout often no longer matches the original plans. That’s why we measure on site in the finished room instead of working from a builder’s blueprint.
Seven Hills remodels tend to end up with engineered quartz, quartzite or granite. When a certified brand matters, Cambria and Caesarstone are the usual shortlist. - We do that work too. Most of what we do in Seven Hills is kitchen and bath, and we also take on fireplaces and outdoor stone. Start a quote with the details of your project and we’ll go from there.
- Do you handle both the material selection and the install, or just one side of it?
- Both. You pick the slab with us, and the same shop and crew fabricate and install it, so you never have to coordinate a separate installer once the stone is cut.
